WZA(WZB) Series Multi-functional Alcohol Recycling Concentrator

Multi-functional alcohol recycling concentrator is ideal for liquid material concentration, alcohol recycling and recycling of other organic solvent in food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

Summarize:

This equipment comprises condenser, heater, evaporator and cooler. Both, evaporation area and the condensate area are extended during the recycling of alcohol and other organic solvents. There is a foam killer on the top of evaporator room to make organic solvent consumption lower to below 3% (WZA series).
The whole process is carried out in a vacuum condition as as to prevent polluting. The concentration proportion can go above up to 1.2 with the fast evaporation speed.
An opening device at the top of heater enables easy cleaning. The automatic drainage system integrated in the equipment can lighten the labor intensity.
