Structure:

it include vacuum drying body, condenser, vacuum pump, control system

Principle:

connect steam pipe , connect condenser, vacuum pump.
Load the raw material into the tray, then put it into dryer. Close the door.\
open the steam valve or turn on electric heating, when the temperature is 70degree inside of the tank, turn on the vacuum pump,
then the raw material will be heated continuously, the hair humidity will be sucked by vacuum pump until the materials are dried.

Can get higher drying speed at lower temperature, and the hot amount can
be used fully
Can dry at low temperature or can dry thermal sensitive raw materials
Can dry raw materials that contains solvent and solvent needs to be recovered
